His agent: Al-Ahly wants Geraldo to leave … and he didn’t get his chance

Hisham bin Saleh, the agent of the Angolan Geraldo, the Al-Ahly player, confirmed that the Red Castle management wants to dispense with its client in the next period.

In his statements to the fans of the third Ontime Sports program, Bensalah denied what was reported in the media in the last hours about an offer from Primeiro de Agosto from Angola to hire Geraldo.

Giraldo’s agent said: “Al-Ahly wants to do without Geraldo in the next term, either through final sale or loan, but he currently has no offers to leave.”

He continued: “The rumors about the presence of offers from Primeiro de Agosto to include him are unfounded and only rumors, and the Brazilian offer that was presented to him was a long time ago and the closing of the transfer period prevented the completion of the deal.”

He added: “As the player’s agent, I definitely want to participate in matches with Al-Ahly. He is strong, excellent and international with the Angolan national team and was founded in Brazil, but he didn’t get his chance with the team.”

He concluded: “I respect the technical decisions, whether of the current Al-Ahly coach or the previous one, but I don’t know why Geraldo does not participate with the team, especially because he feels comfortable in their ranks.”
