The Meteorological Authority announced the details of the weather on Wednesday, as pleasant weather prevails in Cairo and Lower Egypt, inclined to cold on the northern coasts, moderate in South Sinai, and north and south of Upper Egypt for two days, as long as it is cold to cold during the night periods.
Temperatures are recorded in Cairo 24-14, north coasts 23-16, south Sinai 28-18, north of Upper Egypt 25-12, south of Upper Egypt 28-14.
The authority confirmed that the rainfall map will be on the northern coasts, from medium to heavy in some areas of (Alexandria – Matrouh – Salloum – Rashid Baltim Damietta, Port Said – Arish – Rafah), and on the sea front, moderate rains in some areas of “Kafr El Sheikh – Beheira – Dakahlia – Occidental – Oriental – Menoufia”.
The authority added: “Greater Cairo also witnesses light to moderate rains in some areas of Greater Cairo, while in northern Upper Egypt, light to moderate rains in some areas of” Fayoum – Beni Suef, Minya “.
The authority indicated that the country is affected by the extension of Sudan’s seasonal depression on the surface with the presence of an air depression in the upper atmosphere.
