Dr. Ahmed Al-Subki, Assistant Minister of Health and President of the General Authority for Medical Care, confirmed that the number of people in contact with patients with the Corona virus, either direct or indirect, who are being followed by the sector of preventive medicine in the Ministry of Health, has reached more than 900 thousand citizens, highlighting that the numbers announced by the ministry regarding the number of injuries is correct and accurate.
This occurred during a meeting of the Health Affairs Committee in the House of Representatives, today, Monday, chaired by Dr. Muhammad Al-Amari, Chairman of the Committee, to follow up on the latest developments in the Corona virus crisis.
The Assistant to the Minister of Health emphasized that there is a great interest in protecting and supporting medical teams and said: “The President of the Republic attaches great importance to medical teams, and currently the White Army is calling us, and this is an honor for us, and it gives us a moral impetus that stimulates medical teams in the face of this epidemic. “
Dr. Ahmed Al-Subki said the ministry seeks clarity and transparency in its response to the Corona virus pandemic and its handling of the crisis, noting that the cure rate for the Corona virus in Egypt is one of the highest rates of healing in the world, and this is an addition to the profits of the Egyptian state.
