“Health” reveals when the elderly are vaccinated with the Corona vaccine

Hala Zayed, Minister of Health and Population, revealed that starting tomorrow, Monday, medical personnel will be vaccinated with the Corona vaccine in all isolation hospitals of the Ministry of Health, Armed Forces, Police and Higher Education.

He said at the press conference now taking place that in a few weeks people over 65 will be vaccinated, and the Minister of Health confirmed that Egypt will receive new vaccines and we will soon expand vaccines with different groups, noting that the vaccine has antibodies by 89% and protection against complications by 100%.

The Minister of Health and Population clarified that a doctor and a nurse were chosen to be vaccinated with the Chinese Crown vaccine, confirming that Egypt has registered the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine and 3 vaccines are being registered with the Egyptian Medicines Authority, noting that they exist 5 categories that will be vaccinated gradually, and they are medical personnel in isolation, triage, and then the elderly AND people with chronic diseases and ordinary people.
