The Egyptian Prosecutor’s Office referred the murderer of the granddaughter of Wanis Gaddafi, the last prime minister of Libya during the monarchy, to the Criminal Court accused of the premeditated murder of the victim, Ritaj Mohsen and Nice Gaddafi.

The referral order stated that the defendant intentionally killed the victim, Ritaj Mohsen and Niss Gaddafi, and had pushed her from the top of the bedroom balcony on the seventh floor of one of the Fifth Settlement’s apartments – East Cairo – which he had hired to establish her, after a dispute between them over her constant insistence on her request to marry him, he intentionally dropped her, intending to kill her, and she fell lifeless.

The autopsy report indicated that the victim fell to the ground, seriously injuring her and killing her instantly.

The prosecution heard the words of the owner of a garage on the property, who confirmed in his testimony that he had heard the sound of the defendant’s fight and the victim did not discover its content because they spoke in Libyan dialect, and it was clear that the victim said the word (them) several times, until his voice was cut off and then he was surprised after 15 minutes that the defendant escaped He told him that the victim had committed suicide and added that when they were present, the defendant introduced them to the phone victim’s mobile, pulling it out from the folds of his clothing.

“DS”, a Libyan citizen and one of the witnesses in the case, said that she is a close friend of the victim, and that the victim and the accused were in constant disagreement over her refusal to marry her despite their insistence on the existence of a relationship between them.
