While they were looking for him inside the cemetery, they were surprised by 4 people with knives in their faces, and 3 of them proceeded to paralyze the husband and assault him, while the fourth accused raped the wife in front of her husband inside the cemeteries of Ismailia before the threat of knives.
The investigation team also found that behind the perpetration of the incident is the defendant “A. G”, the accused of rape, 28, unemployed and registered in danger, and his assistants, “AI”, 17 years old, ” KA “, 16 years old, and” AM “, 16 years old.
The defendants were arrested and the knives used in the crime were seized, and referring to the prosecution, Counselor Sherif Moataz, second and third chief of the Ismailia processes, under the supervision of Counselor Yasser Zaitoun, the first public attorney of the Ismailia Public Ministry, decided to detain the accused for 4 days pending the investigation and then renewed another 15 days.
