The government denied reports on some websites and social media pages about the obligation of the citizen to pay 7% of the property value as a tax for registration in the real estate property registry. The Media Center of the Council of Ministers contacted the Ministry of Justice, which denied these reports, confirming that there is no validity to force the citizen to pay 7% of the value of the property as a tax to be registered in the Property Registry.
