The Meteorological Authority announced the location of the rains for the next week, from Saturday to Thursday.
The predicted precipitation locations in all governorates are as follows:
Saturday:
The northwestern coasts witness moderate rains in some areas of (Alexandria – Rashid – Baltim – Salloum) and heavy rains in some areas of (Damietta – Port Said – Al Arish – Rafah).
Lower Egyptian governorates also witness light to moderate rains in some areas (Kafr El Sheikh – Beheira – Dakahlia).
Sunday:
There is no rain.
Monday:
Witness light to moderate rainfall in some areas (Matrouh – Sallum).
Tuesday:
The northern coasts witness moderate rains that fall in some areas of (Alexandria – Rashid – Matrouh – Salloum – Port Said – Al Arish – Rafah).
Light rains are also observed in some areas of Lower Egypt (Kafr El Sheikh – Al Buhaira – Dakahlia).
Wednesday:
The northwestern coasts witness light to moderate rainfall in some areas of (Alexandria – Matrouh – Rashid – Salloum) and moderate rainfall in the areas of (Port Said – Arish – Rafah).
Lower Egypt witnesses light to moderate rains in some areas of (Kafr El Sheikh, Beheira and Dakahlia).
Thursday:
There is no rain
The authority highlighted the need to take all necessary measures to reduce the effects of the rain.
