The following morning, hotel officials learned that the couple had left their room again and, upon their return, were informed of the rules again; And after confirming their objection to these rules, the administration informed the authorities, the spouses were arrested and charged with violating the quarantine rules, and their punishment could amount to a $ 5,000 fine and one year imprisonment.
