The Public Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday that it managed to obtain five video clips of the surveillance machines with a view of the scene of the accident, which showed that the car in which the two defendants were traveling was passing at high speed.
The Public Ministry asked a witness who saw the victim in the company of another, speaking near the car, near which the Public Ministry found bloody footprints. During their stop, a white minibus approached, with the details of its back plate covered, traveling in it, two people who gave their specifications, since the driver’s escort snatched the bag of the victim that was carried on the back and clung to her during the movement of the car, disrupting the victim’s balance, her head hit the front of the car that was parked next to her, and the two assailants fled with the bag, while the girl who was accompanied The victim walked away scared during the accident, adding that the victim stayed for about half an hour in one place. The accident until the arrival of the ambulance, and then she died.
To complete the investigations, the Public Ministry decided to summon the person who accompanied the victim to hear his testimony, and assign the General Administration to investigate criminal evidence, to explain the material actions evident in the clips taken from the monitoring machines of the incident.
