The famous magazine “France Football” revealed the first part of the list of nominees for the Best Player of the Maghreb 2020 Award, which included Ali Maaloul, the Al-Ahly player.
France Football opened the door to voting for the fans to choose the best player among the Maghreb stars, as the left-back Al-Ahly found his place among the European stars.
France Football published only 5 names from among the candidates, and the remaining 5 names were published later so that the public could vote.
Ali Maaloul is competing for the award among the five whose names have been announced, the Moroccan Hakim Ziyech, an English player for Chelsea.
The list included Algerian Ismail Bennasser, a player for the Italian team, Milan, and his compatriot Said bin Rahma, the English player for West Ham.
Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bono assisted the Spanish team Sevilla, who have been showing great performances of late, to storm the competition with force.
Ali Maaloul is supported by Al-Ahly fans on social media, who are preparing to enter the vote to help one of the team’s stars win the prestigious award.
