Books – Muhammad Hammam:
Taha Ismail, former head of the Al-Ahly club planning committee, expressed her opinion on the needs of the red team during the upcoming period of the summer transfer market.
“Al-Ahly needs a defender, and to think and prioritize is a foreign defender, and I think the conversation was about Badr Bannon, the Raja Casablanca player,” Taha Ismail said in a statement on the “Ontime Sports 2” screen.
He continued: “I followed the player on top of Raja and Wydad, and Al-Ahly really need 2 defenders, and this is what I talked about a lot this season, given the level of the defenders.”
He continued: “The second necessity of the Al-Ahly deals is to strengthen the position of the forward. Al-Ahly needs a spearhead that suits him. It is true that the level of Aliu Badji is developing, but he needs another tip of spear”.
He concluded: “Right-back also Al-Ahly needs his support due to the departure of Ahmed Fathi, which means that only Muhammad Hani is in this position.”
Al-Ahly was able in the current season (2019-2020) to resolve the Egyptian We League competition six days before the end of the tournament, and also booked the pass to the semifinals of the African Champions League competition, where they will face the Moroccan team Wydad Casablanca.
Regarding the agreements, Al-Ahly closed the deal with Taher Mohamed Taher, coming from the Arab Contractors, from the new season, on the other hand, the team Ahmed Fathy and Sherif Ikrami went to Pyramids in a free agreement transfer, as well as the end of the loan of Ramadan Subhi, who recently moved to Pyramids from Huddersfield, England.
