The Abu Hammad Public Ministry, under the supervision of Counselor Muhammad Al-Jamal, Prosecutor General of the South Sharqiya Public Ministry, issued an urgent decision Thursday to release the young man accused of humiliating his distant mother and forcing her to crawl down the stairs. at the family residence in the village of “Al-Abassah” in the Abu Hamad prosecutor’s office, from the Serail prosecutor’s office.
This came after the defendant’s mother demanded the release of her son, a few hours after his arrest.
The woman said, in a video clip on social media, that the video was filmed about a year ago, as her daughter Mona filmed it after disagreements with her son, Saeed Abdul-Ghani, before demanding his release.
The pioneers of the social networking site “Facebook” circulated a video clip showing the cruelty of a son towards his mother, causing her to crawl up the stairs at home while she was unable to move. To satisfy his wife, and that is inside the Abu Hammad Center in Sharkia.
Following the release of the video, Muhammad Kamal al-Din al-Hajjaji, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Solidarity in Sharqia, ordered the formation of a rapid intervention committee to examine the video of the incident, which was found to have occurred in the center of Abu Hammad.
The accused was apprehended, and from this the necessary file was extracted, and when he submitted to the Public Ministry, it decided to release him with the guarantee of his residence.
