Initial investigations reported that neighborhood disputes led the 5 defendants to break into their neighbor’s apartment, sexually assault his wife, and take turns raping her, so security services began examining surveillance cameras at the site , to summon eyewitnesses to hear their testimonies and to persecute the accused who fled to the places they frequented.

With the notification of the fact by the Public Ministry, their investigations began, requesting security investigations and medical examinations of the victims.
