Counselor Omar Marawan, Minister of Justice, issued Resolution No. 9452 of 2020 on Tuesday, which assigns the judicial control officers, each within their functional jurisdiction, the authority to control the crimes mentioned by the Prime Minister’s decision. , within the framework of the government’s implementation of the decisions made by the Corona Crisis Management Committee, to face the spread of the new Corona pandemic, with which it issued Prime Minister’s Decision No. 2701 of 2020.

The decision established in its second article that the payment of the amount of immediate reconciliation for the crime of not wearing a muzzle will be made before the judicial official or whoever has the capacity of judicial embargo. The crime, and so it is proven in the seized report.

The decision of the Minister of Justice is to grant the power to supervise the crime of lack of a mask, and other crimes provided by the Prime Minister’s decision, to all legally competent judicial control agents and to all those who have previously been granted the status of judicial seizure within the scope of their professional competence by some employees of ministries, agencies, bodies and governments. Which includes the ministries of (housing, commerce and industry, higher education and scientific research, tourism and antiquities, water resources and irrigation, transportation, local development, culture, electricity and renewable energy, education and technical education, youth and sports, communications and information technology, oil and mineral wealth, and solidarity. Social, supply, health, defense, civil aviation, agriculture and land reclamation, financial (the Real Estate Tax Authority, and Endowments)

Bodies and agencies also include the Central Bank of Egypt, the Financial Supervision Authority, the National Food Safety Authority, the Union of Engineers, the National Company of the National Authority for Service Projects, the General Authority for Accreditation and Control of Health, and some workers in all the governorates of the Republic.
