Walid Al-Attar, CEO of the Football Association, revealed that FIFA has not notified them of any decision on issuing a ruling in favor of Tunisian Hamdi Al-Naqaz, the former Zamalek player, against White Castle.
Al-Attar said today in his statements to “Yalla Koura”: “So far, the Football Association has not received any notification from the International Football Association about Hamdi Al-Naqaz and before him, Mahmoud Abdel-Razek Shikabala.”
Portuguese press reports revealed 10 days ago that Sporting Lisbon had obtained a decision from FIFA to qualify the club to receive half a million euros from Zamalek as part of a deal that Shikapala would return to the team in 2015.
Anis Bin Meem, Hamdi Al-Naqaz’s lawyer, announced that FIFA has issued a formal ruling against Zamalek and for the Tunisian player.
He noted that FIFA had ruled that Zamalek be fined $ 1 million and $ 250,000, while punishing him by stopping registration and preventing the conclusion of agreements until the final payment of late Naqaz dues.
Al-Naqaz unilaterally canceled his contract with Zamalek several months ago before moving to Sudova Mariambula, a Lithuanian club, with a temporary international card.
Notably, Zamalek filed a complaint against Al-Naqaz due to the cancellation of a contract with FIFA, while the player confirmed his complaint against Castillo Blanco that the cancellation was due to his lack of late financial fees.
