The Egyptian Football Association put Egyptian football clubs Al-Ahly and Zamalek into trouble before competing in the final of the African Champions League later this month.
Due to the Egyptian Football Association, Al-Ahly and Zamalek are facing a crisis due to the closing of the local registration gate before the end of the African Champions League, which is scheduled to play the final match on November 17. .
The Egyptian Football Association announced that the closing date for registration on the first list will be November 11, and that the closing date for the second list will be November 19.
The officials of the Egyptian football centers Al-Ahly and Zamalek ask for several days that the end of the local restriction be postponed so that the two clubs can benefit from all their players registered in the current list in the African final that brings together Al -Ahly and Zamalek on November 27.
Thus, the crisis of the local and African registration overshadows the managers of the clubs participating in Africa in the new season, after the state of confusion that afflicted the five-year committee that manages the Football Association, which deprives Egyptian clubs of good lists before the new season.
Al-Ahly and Zamalek believe that it is not logical for the local restriction to end before the African final, because the two clubs may have to keep some players to participate with them in the final, and then be replaced after the summit on 27 February November.
In case of dispensing with the players, Al-Ahly and Zamalek will not be able to benefit from them in the final, given the state of stress and fatigue that controls the players of both teams, and the need of each team of all the players before of the next final.
Al-Ahly and Zamalek demanded the need to postpone the closing of the local registration for a period of 24 or 48 hours after the African final, especially since the African registration gate will be closed on November 30, or increase the substitution of 5 to 7 players.
