Zamalek Club’s first soccer team continued to achieve their Premier League championship victories by winning the third game in a row.

Zamalek beat their guest Tala’a Al-Jaish this afternoon with an unanswered goal on matchday 25 of the Egyptian League competition.

Zamalek entered the match while ecstatic over his recent win over Pyramids in the last round, as well as Pyramids’ loss today against El Gouna with two goals to one.

The only goal of the game was scored by Youssef Obama with a header after a superb cross from the left wing sent by Abdullah Jumaa in the 57th minute.

The match saw Ferjani Sassi injured in the 38th minute and he left the field and received a yellow card during his substitution to ensure that he would not participate against Smouha next Thursday on matchday 26 of the league competition.

Zamalek raised his tally to 51 points in second place and took advantage of the Pyramids’ loss today against El Gouna to lead the league by 6 points.
