Anwar Fawzi, head of the Real Estate Tax Authority, said that tax returns for constructed real estate include new properties and parts that have been added to previously inventoried real estate, and properties that have been produced in parts or some of them, modifications that have changed their features or how they are used and affect your rental value.
He added that these declarations include real estate and free land that have no reason for the exemption.
The head of the Real Estate Tax Authority asked taxpayers to quickly pay the property tax owed by their real estate units and take advantage of the benefits stipulated in the law “waiving compensation for delay.”
