The Zamalek club announced that it had sent the Italian lawyer Silva Tore $ 25,000 in fees to appeal the judgment of the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) against Mahmoud Abdel Moneim “Kahraba”, former player of the team, and current Al-Ahly , to the Sports Court.

What happened?

Kahraba refused to return to Zamalek training and join the team’s camp in Cyprus before the start of last season, under the guise of White Castle management’s delay in implementing their promise to increase the value of his contract, to travel to Turkey.

The 26-year-old participated last season in 29 games between the League and the Cup, scoring 11 goals and 11 assists.

And without Zamalek’s wish, he moved to the Portuguese club, Desportivo Avish, after obtaining a temporary international card, until FIFA solves the case that Zamalek will file for the term of his contract with the team.

The player participated with the Portuguese team in 5 games and scored a goal.

Kahraba joined Al-Ahly last January and won the three-cushion team.

Zamalek filed a complaint against Kahraba for unilaterally canceling her contract, depending on the case.

On the other hand, the player’s lawyer explained that there were complaints filed by him against club officials.

And last August, Zamalek Club announced that it had received an official notification from the FIFA Dispute Settlement Committee chamber that it had imposed a sanction on Mahmoud Abdel Moneim “Kahraba”, the former player of Zamalek.

The committee decided to force the player to pay 32 million and 837 thousand pounds for the breach of his contract with the Zamalek club and his escape from the club.

According to the statement, the player was also fined another fine of 5% of the total fine, as interest on the basic amount.
