The International Soccer Association (FIFA) rejected Al-Ahly’s complaint against Al-Ahly of Saudi Arabia and player Abdullah Al-Saeed, in which he requested the value of a criminal clause under a contract between the two clubs in 2018.

Viva Al-Ahly was forced to pay an amount of 15,000 Swiss francs, the remaining value of the complaint examination procedures, after the Egyptian club paid 5,000 Swiss francs earlier.

In its letter to Al-Ahly, FIFA allowed the latter’s request on the merits of the ruling within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the decision.

Al-Ahly demanded in the lawsuit to obtain an amount of two million dollars, which is the value of a criminal clause that was present in the contract to sell the player to Saudi Al-Ahly in 2018.

The criminal clause related to Al-Saeed’s return to the Egyptian league, which Al-Ahly receives if the player joins another Egyptian team, which happened after Al-Saeed wore the Pyramids shirt in January 2019.

Al-Ahly said on its official website on Saturday that the refusal was justified by Viva as “He is no longer entrusted with the resolution of the dispute over the club fees because the player is currently on the Egyptian team and therefore the matter has become an internal matter and the person responsible is the Egyptian Football Association ” . (Details)

Al-Ahly decided to file a new complaint against the player of the Egyptian Football Association.
