Pyramids Club officially announced the inclusion of Mahmoud Wadi, forward Al-Masry Al-Borseidi, to be the team’s fourth contract during the current registration period, with a contract running through the summer of 2024.

The club is holding a press conference in the Air Defense Stadium conference room, in the presence of Pyramids officials, to announce the deal with Wadi.

Wadi became the fourth of Pyramids’ deals during the current record period, following Huddersfield’s Ramadan Sobhi, Ahmed Fathi and Sherif Ekrami, Al-Ahly’s duo after the end of their contract with the team.

Wadi ‘had announced his departure from Al-Masry and his move to Pyramids several weeks ago, starting next season.

Wadi ‘said at the time: “I will miss the Egyptian club. It is a great merit for me. I hope that if I had moved to another club, I would not have achieved what I am now.”

He continued: “Moving to a club like Pyramids. This is a great idea that puts a lot of pressure on me. I am obliged to do my best to achieve collective and personal achievements.”

Wadi joined Al-Masry from Al-Ahly two years ago.

The 25-year-old made 75 appearances for Al-Masry, scoring 19 goals and scoring 10 goals.

A source close to the player previously told FilGoal.com: “Mahmoud Wadi signed his transfer contracts to Pyramids after the club agreed with Al-Masry to pay £ 20 million.” (See full details of the player’s contract with Pyramids)
