Today Wednesday, the Football Association sent a letter to all its clubs explaining the registration regulations for the next 2020-2021 season.
** It is allowed to include 30 players in the list of each team starting from the following tag.
** Players registered in Baraem cannot participate in competitions until those born in 2008.
** Players are free to move if the club delays payment of fees for two months based on a decision of the Players’ Affairs Committee.
The first registration period
** The first registration period begins on Saturday, October 10, 2020 and ends on Wednesday, November 4, 2020.
** Additional lists start from the registration of the first list, and the last date is November 19, 2020 for the first section.
The second registration period
** The second enrollment period starts from February 15, 2021 to Monday, March 15, 2021.
** A player’s card and player’s participation can only be drawn after the list is approved by the federation.
Loan
** The club may assign any player linked to its club to a contract valid for a period not to exceed the original contract period, with a maximum of five players.
** For a player who is loaned, released or terminated by mutual consent, his name is removed from his club roster and one player is registered in his place with a maximum of five players.
Foreign players
** In the event that a foreign player is hired, they must be registered with one of the first or second division clubs in their country.
** It is allowed to register a maximum of four foreign players in each club in the first division as the current season, taking into account that the number will be reduced from the 2021-2022 season.
** Only one Palestinian, Syrian or North African player is allowed to enter, and this is not among the number of foreign players, as long as this clause applies in the 2020-2021 season and is treated as Egyptian.
** It is not allowed to involve non-Egyptians in the goal in all competitions. Non-Egyptian residents can register in the initial stages up to those born in 2004, and they are not allowed to participate in competitions greater than that.
