Mohamed Adel, Arab Contractors Club general supervisor of football, said his team is trying to do something through which to honor Mohamed Salah and Mohamed Al-Nani, the two former teams that currently play for Liverpool and Arsenal respectively.

“There is no doubt that we are thinking of having the contractors’ names next to Salah and Nini’s names, and creating a museum for them and all these things,” Adel said at MBC Egypt.

He continued: “The image of Salah and Al-Nani covers stadiums and arenas, and there is no doubt that they have done a lot of publicity for the Arab Contractors Club.”

“Last year, there were 32,000 players who attended the youth exams, as much as we say of honor, we cannot fulfill them because of what they presented to the club, but they have an extraordinary loyalty and loyalty to the club,” he added.

“There is no doubt that we are thinking of doing something for them,” he said.

The duo made their profession by hiring Basel before embarking on an epic European tour.

Al Nani won the league title 4 times with Basel and with Arsenal he won the FA Cup once and the Charity Shield twice. As for Salah, he won the Swiss League title with Basel twice, and with Liverpool he won the Premier League once, one the Champions League, one the European Super Cup and one the Club World Cup.

Adel addressed answering the question of which club Salah animates, saying: “I don’t know if Salah Ahlawy or Zamalekawi, when I sat down with him and his choice between Al-Ahly or Zamalek, he told me out of Egypt.

He continued: “Even if he knew that he would not say that he is Egyptian, and we must be careful to place him in this position.”

He added: “What I know is that he is Egyptian and he loves his country and loves Arab contractors.”

He added: “Salah’s response to Al-Ahly’s offer was that he wanted to play outside Egypt, either with the contractors or outside Egypt. Salah’s only word was professionalism outside Egypt.”

He concluded: “Al-Ahly tried to include him seriously, but Zamalek only asked about the possibility of joining him, at that time the player preferred professionalism.”
