Amr Bassiouni told the press conference to introduce Ramadan Sobhi: “We hear a lot about the value of the contract and the financial value of the deal. I would like to clarify that the contractual process with Ramadan was quick, commensurate with the capabilities of the pyramids.”
He added: “These deals need speed and decisiveness. We are the last to bid for Ramadan Subhi, and we are the ones with the lowest supply of material that came to Huddersfield.”
He explained: “The first and second offers were rejected, and the contract with the player did not take more than 72 hours, and as for the economic value of the player’s contract, no one has the right to announce it except the player.”
Turning to Hani Saeed, the Pyramids sporting director, he said: “From the first time the name Ramadan was introduced to us, I was very excited because I know it will benefit the team tremendously.”
“It is the beginning of a new challenge with a club that wants to present something great. Together we will achieve all the ambitions we want,” he concluded.
