Mohamed Ghaddar, the former striker for Al Ahly and the Lebanese national team, believes he did not have enough opportunities to participate with the Red Team.

“I have been rooting for Al Ahly since he was young and it is difficult for any player to wear his shirt, but I achieved this dream,” Ghaddar said on OnTime Sports.

He added: “I was the subject of some injustice in Al-Ahly because I did not have the opportunity to participate with coach Hossam Al-Badri, although he agreed to sign me after passing a trial period.”

“I signed with Al-Ahly for 4 years and hoped to complete this period with the Red Fort.”

“But I was completely out of the accounts of Hossam Al-Badri, who was the team’s coach,” he continued.

“I was waiting for the opportunity to participate and demonstrate my worth to continue with Al-Ahly,” he emphasized.

He concluded his comments: “My experience with Al-Ahly was excellent and I played alongside distinguished players such as Muhammad Abu Trika, Ahmed Fathi, Muhammad Naji Gedo, Ahmed Hassan and Muhammad Shawky.”
