Screenwriter Medhat El-Adl announced his candidacy for the presidency in the next Zamalek club elections.
The Zamalek club board of directors elections will begin in November 2021.
Medhat al-Adl revealed his candidacy for the presidency, saying: “Yes, I will run in the Zamalek elections.”
He added during his appearance on the ON channel: “Before participating in the elections, I must know all the great and small within the club, in order to achieve the aspirations of the fans, and I must know who will be on my list and who will benefit me. and all that”.
He continued: “If I participate in a battle without a weapon, the honorable must not participate, and this weapon is that I must be in the club.”
He explained: “The one who chooses is not the masses, if the voice of the street is the one that is elected, it will triumph and I” put a man on a man’s foot “, but the general assembly is the one that votes in the elections.
He continued saying: “The General Assembly has different tendencies and opinions, and I have not participated throughout my life in any election, and from here I will start in the next period to go to the club and I will begin to choose the group that will be with me” .
He concluded: “If I succeed and become the chairman of the board of the Zamalek Club, I will not work on anything for 4 years except Zamalek. I will refrain from writing entirely because I have Zamalek in writing power.”
