Liverpool FC moved to sign Bayern Munich midfielder Thiago Alcantara during the summer transfer market.
“Athletic” revealed that Liverpool agreed to the offer of Bayern Munich to join the player.
The report indicated that Liverpool had taken swift action since Monday to finalize the deal at the earliest opportunity.
According to The Athletic report, Liverpool agreed to pay € 30 million for the player.
Negotiations accelerated this week due to the desire of Bayern Munich officials to seal the deal before the start of the German League, which is scheduled to start on Friday.
