Eric Traore scored a goal in the first half for Pyramids and was disallowed for offside.
Hani Saeed said: “We do not object to the canceled goal from the stadium because the game is not clear from inside the field.”
And he added in his statements on the Ontime Sports channel: “But I saw the goal now, and it is definitely a correct goal.”
He added: “The question now is, what is the problem? Is the problem at the arbitration level or is it the problem that there are other matters that govern?”
“Some of the shots are suspicious, but Traore’s goal has no doubts. I don’t know where that confidence from the video judges came from,” he said.
He went on to say: “No problem if this is the refereeing level, but it becomes the same for all teams and not for specific teams. Why are we trying to kill ambition?”
“For a long time we’ve had other things running everything, and there are always different accounts,” he said.
Substitute Ahmed Al-Sheikh scored first for Pyramids, before Mostafa Mohamed tied for Zamalek since the creation of the other alternate, Mohamed Onajem.
The tie lifted Pyramids’ balance to one point in 14th place, while Zamalek rose to four points in third place.
