Liverpool will enter the League Cup match against Arsenal on Thursday without 4 injured players.
Arsenal lost 1-3 on matchday three of the league, before coming to Anfield on matchday four of the League Cup.
The quartet consists of Jordan Henderson, Joel Matip, Costas Tsimikas and Alex Chamberlain, Reds assistant coach Juergen Klopp Pep Leenders said on his club’s website.
Henderson had missed the last two games for Liverpool after he was injured during the Chelsea game and will also be absent from the Arsenal game.
Matip will also fail due to his muscle problem, while Tsimikas suffers a minor injury during Lincoln’s match.
Chamberlain is recovering from injury but is not ready yet.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has won in the last two meetings between the two teams, but Klopp edged out his Spanish rival and claimed his ninth point in the tournament, jointly on top with Leicester City and Everton.
Arsenal’s scoring stopped at 6 points, with Mohamed Salah and Mohamed Al-Nani participating throughout the match with both teams, and Salah scored a goal.
