Comoros players celebrate a goal against Kenya
The Comoros national team made history after defeating Kenya and leading the qualifying rounds of the Group Seven Africa Cup of Nations, which includes the Egyptian team.
The Comoros team defeated Kenya by two goals to one at the Sheikh Saeed Mohammed Stadium in the matches of the fourth round of Group Seven of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The Comoros Islands advanced in the 21st minute for Al-Fardo bin Nabuhan. Center on the left side, Ben Nubhan received her with a header in the far corner, registering the first.

The victory lifted the Comoros national team’s record to eighth point, and led the group at the expense of second-placed Egypt with 5 points, while Kenya’s record froze at third-place in third place.
The Comoros national team will meet Togo in the fifth round in Comoros, while Egypt will be invited in the last round.
The first and second place winners from each group qualify for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, to be held in the summer of 2022 in Cameroon.
