Sayed Abdel Hafeez, Al-Ahly Football Manager, praised the level presented by his team during the Egyptian League Championship after the title was decided.
Al-Ahly won the 42nd league title in its history.
Abdel Hafeez was invited to the Al-Ahly channel after his team’s match against Egypt because of the clearing that ended in a goalless draw on the 28th day of the Egyptian League.
During the interview, Abdel Hafeez spoke about his team’s level in the league, competition with other clubs at all levels and many other matters.

“Al-Ahly’s start in the league was strong and we had 16 wins in a row, and certainly the fans are the biggest factor in winning the championship title.”
“We learned from the team’s mistakes during the confrontation with Sun Downs last season, and we avoided repeating these mistakes this season and prepared well for the match, so we were able to win and qualify for the semi-finals in Africa.”
“Since the beginning of the Egyptian boom in 1948 and until now, no team has won the championship 3 times in a row. We are crowned the fifth title in a row, and in the end they put us in comparison to other clubs.”
