The Ceramica Cleopatra team stood out by winning for the second time in a row in the Egyptian League, this time at the expense of the National Bank.
Ceramica Cleopatra defeated Al-Ahly Bank 3-1 in the second round of the Egyptian League.

The 27-year-old set out to penetrate the Banco Nacional’s penalty area in the 38th minute, before sending a cross to Rajab Bakkar, but the latter’s shot was removed by the Banco Nacional defense from the goal line, to catch up with Shady again, who got him into the net.
Shadi Hussein’s goal ended in the first half, to push National Bank manager Mohamed Youssef into Fadi Farid in place of Mohamed Fakhry, who missed an opportunity gained before Ceramica Cleopatra’s first goal.
Fadi Farid did not wait more than 10 minutes to tie for his team, with a more impressive shot from inside the penalty area.
But Ceramica Cleopatra did not give in to the reality of the tie to return to the lead through Sherif Dabo from the penalty spot after a hand on Mohamed Kofi after a header from Shady Hussein in the 60th minute.
And Shady Hussein, the all-time top scorer for Ceramica Cleopatra Club, again conceded the net after receiving a perfect cross from Ahmed Mohsen with a powerful shot at the net in the 62nd minute.
Ceramica Cleopatra’s fun produced a great goal after a double play between Shady Hussein and Sherif Dabo, but the goal was disallowed for offside.
Saleh Jumaa wrote his first appearance with Cleopatra Club after replacing Sherif Dabo in the 73rd minute.
Midfielder Mahmoud Nabil was sent off from the game after receiving a second yellow card, leaving Cleopatra with 10 players.
Recent attempts by the National Bank to reduce the gap were unsuccessful, and the crossbar twice sympathized with Amer Amer against Ali Saber in one minute.
The match ended with the victory of Ceramica Cleopatra.
