FilGoal | News | Angolan report: August 1 considering the recovery of Geraldo de Al-Ahly

Angola’s first August club is considering recovering its player Geraldo da Cuca from Al-Ahly in the coming period.

Giraldo joined the Al-Ahly Club during the January transfer window before the last one, from August 1 (August 1st), but did not achieve the desired success.

The Angolan Journal reported that the club expected clarity about the interruption of the ball by the spread of the Corunna virus before making an offer to Al Ahly to include the player.

In their efforts, the Angolan club relies on Geraldo’s departure from the accounts of Al-Ahly’s coach, René Vyler.

Peatzo, the first August midfielder and friend of Geraldo, may play a role in persuading the 28-year-old to move to the team.

A source close to the player explained to FilGoal.com last month: “Geraldo has not received any oral or official statements from Al-Ahly about his departure or not, in light of the contests stopped for fear of an outbreak of the Corona virus.” .

He continued: “Your departure or not after the return of the activity depends on 3 things.”

“The first is the position of the Swiss coach, Rennie Filer, and the second is the position of the club’s management,” he explained.

He concluded: “Regarding the third question, they are the offers that he can receive, since he remains in his contract with Al-Ahly for two and a half seasons.”

Giraldo had been around the corner since Al-Ahly’s departure last January, as a prelude to Senegalese Alliot Badji’s record in his place as a foreign player, but Fyler’s choice was the departure of Moroccan Walid Azzaro in the end.

The Angolan international crowned Al-Ahly with the Egyptian League title, the Egyptian Super Cup, scored three goals and scored another 6.
