Hossam Al-Zanati, director of competition management for the Football Association, believes that Amer Hussein, the former head of the competition committee of the Egyptian Football Association, was harmed.

He continued, via OnTime Sports 2: “Last season he was criticized for pressure from the African and Arab championships, Al-Ahly and Zamalek participated in 4 championships at the same time.”
He continued: “Amer Hussain was excused, and questioned what is said that Al-Ahly did not play for 50 days due to his African and Arab ties. Al-Ahly was playing a game every 4 days.”
He continued: “My disagreement with him was the way he dealt with the media. He was the head of the Competition Committee, so he appears more in the media, but I am the director of a department, which causes me problems when refusing to appear in the media. “
He added: “The African Confederation due to some data other than Al-Ahly and Zamalek’s match dates this season, so how can I not change their league dates as well?”
Al-Zanati went on to talk about stadiums in Egypt, saying: “Egypt’s stadiums are very good, but we have two problems, maintenance first and a problem in hospitality, which is what European clubs benefit greatly from.”
And he completed: “The Swiss club Lorenzen, for example, benefits from 25% of the income of the hospitality of its stadium”.
