Abraham said, “In the first half, we made things difficult for ourselves.”
“I had a chance in the first half and failed to score, while West Brom managed to score on every team shot,” he added in comments to Sky Sports after the game.
“We went to the locker room and our heads were on the floor. Lampard told us that we don’t look like a team that wants to win.”
He went on to say: “Thanks to Mount’s goal, which made us believe we can get back to the result.”
“Going back from 3-0 to a 3-3 draw is not easy. The boys deserve praise, and we have to keep working to avoid mistakes and not score too many goals,” he said.
He concluded: “We have to be strong together as a team.”
Chelsea became the first Premier League team to rebound from a three-goal deficit since 2011, when West Ham turned their back on West Brom as well to draw.
West Brom’s hat-trick, Callum Robinson, scored “two goals” in the fourth and 25 minutes, and Kyle Bartley in the 28th minute.
Chelsea scored Mason Mount in the 55th minute, Callum Hudson-Odoi in the 70th minute and Tammy Abraham scored in the 3 + 90th minute.
Our Egyptian pro Ahmed Hegazy missed the third game in a row for the West Brom formation.
Chelsea raised their score to 4 points in third place, while West Brom is in 15th place with one point.
