The Al-Ahly Board of Directors announced a series of decisions, after their meeting on Tuesday.
According to the club’s official website, the Al-Ahly Council’s decisions were as follows.
– The Board of Directors approved the agenda of the Delegated General Assembly in its terms of reference, which took place on November 23 and 24, based on the letter from the Egyptian Olympic Committee received on 12 / 1-2020.
Adoption of the decisions of the Soccer Planning Committee during the month of December, and the Council also wished the recovery to Samir Adly, Managing Director of Soccer First Team.
– Assign Khaled Al-Darandali, treasurer, with the help of Ibrahim Al-Kafrawy and Tariq Qandil, members of the Board, to monitor financial flows during the next period, to meet all the needs of the club at all levels.
– Ratification of the minutes of the 18th meeting of the Board of Directors last November.
– Certification of the approval of the minutes of the Executive Office in the first session on December 7.
Approval of Amir Tawfiq, Director of Marketing and Recruitment, to travel to the United Arab Emirates in coordination with Umbro to select the crews for the FIFA Club World Cup soccer team.
– The study presented by the committee formed, headed by Khaled Murtaji, Tariq Qandil, Muhammad al-Damati and the economist Ahmed Shams, was heard and commissioned to present a study on the establishment of the Al-Ahly Football Company “a joint-stock company” . After listening, the council thanked the committee for its efforts in this study, and the Board of Directors decided to start taking the necessary measures to establish the company, in accordance with the regulations and laws that regulate this matter.
– The Council will hear at its next session scheduled for Tuesday, December 22, the committee, headed by Ibrahim Al-Kafrawi, and the membership of Rania Alwani, Jawhar Nabil and Muhannad Majdi, members of the Council, which is in charge of presenting a study on Al-Ahly Services Company as a limited company.
