The International Football Federation announced the appointment of a new committee to manage the affairs of the Egyptian Football Association for the next period, after thanking the committee which was chaired by Amr Al-Ganaini.
FIFA decided to appoint a committee consisting of only 3 members to manage the affairs of Jabaliya in the next term, and is headed by Ahmed Mujahid, a member of the former Board of Directors of the Football Association, who submitted a collective resignation in July. of 2019.
FIFA stated in an official statement:A new formation of the Football Association Committee … according to the decision of the Council office FIFAExtending the mandate of the commission until January 31, 2021 and reducing its composition to three members.
FIFA added in its statement: “The members of the new commission consist of Ahmed Muhammad Mujahid Othman as chairman, Muhammad Khaled Al-Shawarbi and Ahmed Husam Al-Din Awad as members.”
The International Federation stated that the committee will assume its functions with immediate effect and that all the conditions for the delegation will be maintained, as determined by the FIFA Executive Office.
The International Federation concluded its statement by thanking Amr Al-Ganaini, Chairman of the Five-Year Committee and former members of the Federation Affairs Committee for the work carried out and their efforts during the period of his appointment.
It should be noted that FIFA had previously announced that the mandate of the Amr Al-Ganaini committee would be extended until the end of next January, with the number reduced to 3 members instead of 5, before it decided to replace all members.
