Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Public Services and Urban Communities, said that next Monday, November 9 and until Monday, December 12, the door will be opened for the reservation, the purchase of terms and conditions, and the payment of serious advance reservation, for 25 thousand fully finished homes. It is offered by the Fund for Social Housing and Real Estate Financing Support, for middle-income people, as part of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi’s initiative, “Housing for all Egyptians,” and will be delivered within a period of 36 months, in several new cities.
The Housing Minister emphasized that for middle-income units, the state supports indirect support estimated at (190: 250 thousand pounds) for each housing unit, and that is the value of (land use + support for the return of real estate financing), as opposed to price differences that may arise during implementation.
These units are offered for the first time by the ministry, as they represent a segment of citizens between low and middle income groups.
The Fund for Social Housing and Support for Real Estate Financing published an explanatory video on its YouTube page that includes all the conditions and details of social housing for middle-income groups for areas of 100, 110 and 120 meters.
The fund indicated that average monthly payments for the housing unit ranged from £ 1,490 to £ 2,970, in installments over a 20-year period.
