The late artist Mahmoud Yassin’s funeral will be held after noon prayers today, Thursday, from the Police Mosque in Sheikh Zayed City in October, provided his body is buried in the family cemetery on Fayoum Road. , as the funeral was postponed from yesterday to today due to special circumstances in the family and his brother, who is returning from abroad, and all the members of his family in the city of Port Said, especially since Yassin was born in the city.

Mahmoud Yassin’s family is expected to receive condolences after burying the body in the cemetery, and the night of mourning will take place tomorrow Friday in Sheikh Zayed after sunset prayer.

The great artist Mahmoud Yassin passed away at the age of 79 after a struggle with the disease, which kept him away from artistic life for the past seven years, which witnessed the spread of rumors of his death in succession, and his family was always aggressively confronting these rumors until today he passed away and there is no room for rumors. again.

Mahmoud Yassin had small film roles in the late sixties, until his big break came in the movie (We Do Not Plant Thorns) with Shadia in 1970, and then films followed, including (The Thin Thread) opposite Faten Hamama. and (Nose and three eyes) in front of Magda.
