From time to time, Ahmed and Zainab are eager to broadcast controversial videos relating to their everyday lives with their little daughter, Eileen.

Immediately, the National Council for Childhood and Maternity presented an official notification to the Attorney General’s Office, regarding the incident, with the couple forced to travel outside the country, and announced their withdrawal from the communication sites and the video site of Youtube.
“Ahmed Hassan” posted a video on his YouTube channel in which he apologized to his followers saying: “We have reached a bad and difficult psychological state … and we have run out of power, thank you very much … We will not return to be present on social networks, nor will we publish photos or videos. Dr. Sahar Al-Sunbati, Secretary General of the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood, indicated in a statement today that, by monitoring the video, he immediately went to the Office of Child Protection of the Office of the Counselor of the Attorney General to open a judicial investigation into the incident, and coordinated with the Helwan Prosecutor’s Office to forward the report to the Basateen Prosecutor’s Office. Al-Sunbati pointed out that there was a previous report against him last year, noting that the investigation of the previous events was requested in addition to the new report and the accusation of trafficking in persons, according to article 291 of the Penal Code and Law 64 of 2010 against human trafficking.
Al-Sunbati confirmed that these facts violate the law and violate the rights of the child, and there is no justification to exploit the innocent child in this way, and publish his video with facts that include child abuse, as it is a violation of article 80 of the Egyptian Constitution, and also a violation of article 96 of the Egyptian Children’s Law, which includes cases. Exposing the child to danger and threatening the safety of the upbringing that should be available to the child, since these cases were defined as “endangering their safety, morals, health or life, or if the conditions of their upbringing in the family , school, care institutions or others would expose him to danger or would be at risk of neglect or By abuse, violence, exploitation or displacement. “It also constitutes a violation of article 291 of the Penal Code that prohibits the violation of the child’s right to be subjected trafficking or sexual, commercial or economic exploitation.
