An official source from the Club Committee of the African Football Confederation (CAF) stated that it was agreed to postpone the match between Zamalek and Moroccan Raja for a week.

The news network “ben Sports” had indicated that “CAF” decided to postpone the match between Zamalek and Al-Raja in the second leg of the semifinals of the African Champions League, which will be played on October 31 instead of October 24. .

In his remarks to Masrawy, the source said: “It was agreed to postpone the match for a week. There is no problem for the two clubs regarding this decision.”

He continued: “Young players with a maximum of 3 players will be allowed to be added to any team’s roster if the roster contains fewer than 20 players.”

He concluded: “If there is a crisis for any team after adding the young players related to the number of players on the roster due to Corona, here is the return to the technical committee.”

And Raja’s Moroccan team had previously announced that it was not possible to travel to Egypt due to the presence of 8 cases of the Corona virus in the team’s ranks, and officially requested that the match be postponed.

Mortada Mansour, president of Zamalek, stated that she is not opposed to postponing the match, and asked “Kaf” officials to postpone the date of the final match if Raja’s match was postponed.
