Al-Zanati is no stranger to El Gouna, according to the Sahel club’s statement, as he had previously done several suitable jobs in the management team, which contributed to the return of the first team to the Premier League in 2018 and to remain in the same competition during the 2018-2019 season.
Al-Zanati previously worked in various sporting positions following his departure from El Gouna, where he served as deputy director of the African Cup of Nations, which was hosted by Egypt in the summer of 2019, before working as director of competition management for the 2019-2020 season, but Al-Zanati recently decided to leave.
The last period saw several changes in the El Gouna club, starting with the departure of the company that handles the team’s affairs, which is Elvin Company, and Nader Shawky, and then the departure of the team’s director of football, Hossam Ghaly. .
