He stressed that “the woman is a member of the Administrative Prosecutor’s Office, as the Public Ministry questioned her after being arrested for a flagrant crime, and was confronted with the accusations against her of attacking a police officer by force, violence in the performance of his position and insult him by saying so ”.
The Public Ministry stated that “the woman denied what was attributed to her and admitted that she was in court to file a complaint for loss of money from a bank account.
According to the statement: “The Public Ministry decided, after questioning the accused, to release her if she paid a financial guarantee of two thousand pounds ($ 126), after learning at her workplace that the accused suffers from mental health problems and that Investigations into the assault resume ”.
