Anwar assured Sky News Arabia that “Zamalek Club management is never behind the club’s stars, and is always proactive in supporting them and their families during difficult times.”
Mujahid served as a member of the Zamalek board of directors for 8 years between 19997 and 2005, and intended to run for the club’s presidency in the upcoming elections, he confirmed in televised statements.
