In the video, dozens of ISIS militants have been liquidated in southern Mosul.

These warnings come after the organization “ISIS” called in a message known as “discourtesy against the infidels”, to launch these attacks in the coming days of Christmas in a few days.

The Observatory said: “The organization used to publish this type of calls that aim to spread terror among European societies at that time, since the organization had previously asked its members to launch terrorist attacks in Spain, and documented it in a version in which its members spoke in Spanish. “

In its statement, the Observatory indicated that the organization “usually disseminates this type of calls with the aim of sowing enthusiasm in the hearts of its members”, especially the so-called “lone wolves” among them, especially in Western societies, pointing out that “the timing of these threats is different from years ago.” The former “for the organization’s implementation of three terrorist operations against France and Austria in October and November of this year, which gives the impression that the organization has once again relied on its” lone wolves “for carry out terrorist operations with light weapons, or running over, And others.

The observatory stated that “ISIS” had carried out terrorist operations during Christmas in previous years. “In December 2016, the organization carried out a terrorist attack on a market in the German capital Berlin, killing 12 people and wounding to another 50, as did the Austrian authorities. That same year, through the frustration of a terrorist attack that ISIS was preparing, through three young people who were influenced by the ideology of the organization and sought to launch terrorist attacks in a market of the Austrian capital, Vienna.

In 2017, the organization published what became known as the 17-member “Lone Wolf Handbook,” in which it talks about how its members operate in Europe with the aim of launching horrific terrorist attacks during Christmas.

The Observatory emphasized in its statement that the elimination of “ISIS” in a region “does not mean the definitive elimination of it”, especially that the organization has elements that follow it from all societies, which means that the organization is capable of launch horrific attacks anywhere, especially with what is known as “the phenomenon of ISIS returnees”, which constitute a constant threat to their societies, as numerous reports and studies have indicated that members of them remain connected to the organization and its ideas.
