And he continued: There is a state of instability in most of the northwestern coasts, the countries that border the Mediterranean and the regions of Lower Egypt.The rains were heavy in Alexandria, Beheira, Kafr El-Sheikh, Salloum and Baltim, and the average rainfall spread to the center and north of the delta, and light rains in some areas of Cairo, adding that the coordination with the Meteorological Authority was done in a timely manner to resolve the cancellation of school days.
He continued: The Governor of Alexandria and the Governor of Matrouh contacted Major General Hisham Tahoun, Chief of Meteorology, to clarify the weather and consequently the Governor of Alexandria made the decision to suspend the study, commenting that heavy rains were not expected in Cairo governorate.
