The interest rate decreased by 1% on the investment certificate (B), which has a quarterly return, at 9.5% per year instead of 10.5% per year, for the certificate is two years, and its purchase starts from the first amount 500 lbs.
Interest decreased by 0.75% on the investment certificate (B), which is related to the quarterly profitability to reduce it to 9.25% per year instead of 10% per year.
