Details of Al-Ahly’s second training session in Morocco and Musimani meets the team doctor

Al-Ahly Club’s first soccer team, their second match in Morocco, played at the Kahramaa California Stadium in Casablanca on Thursday night.

Al-Ahly are preparing to face Moroccan Wydad Casablanca in the first leg of the African Champions League semi-finals.

Maran Al-Ahly began vigorous physical training under the leadership of Capello Rangwaja, the team’s technical staff’s physical load chart.

While Mahmoud Kahraba began to perform training exercises around the stadium, on the sidelines of the training session that took place tonight, and the player underwent various rehabilitation sessions according to the program that he performs to prepare him for the next stage.

Dr. Khaled Mahmoud, the team physician, met with Kahraba to follow up on the implementation of the treatment program he is subjected to after he was injured in the last Pyramids match.

Belgian Yankon Michel, the team’s goalkeeping coach, led vigorous training for the team’s three goalkeepers, Mohamed El Shennawy, Ali Lotfi and Mustafa Schubert, where the training witnessed various training units for the three guards, especially in the handling of centers and corrections from different angles.

South African technical director Pitso Musimane met on the sidelines of the training session with Dr. Khaled Mahmoud, the team doctor, in the presence of nutritionist Abdel Rahman Saeed, to follow up on some matters related to the team.

And it was confirmed that Muhammad Al-Shennawi and Ayman Ashraf were ready to go to the Wydad meeting after they had completed their recovery from the muscle injuries they had recently suffered.

Al-Ahly had requested the transfer of the second leg, to be played on October 24, at the Cairo stadium instead of the Burj Al Arab stadium.
