The draw for matchday 32 of the African Champions League resulted in easy clashes for Egyptian soccer poles, Al-Ahly and Zamalek, after the African Football Confederation (CAF) conducted the preliminary round draw for the next edition of the CAF Champions League and the African Confederation at the Federation headquarters in Cairo in a closed manner in the presence of the Organizing Committee of Club Championships.
Al-Ahly faced the Sunideb finalist, Niger’s champion against Mogadishu, Somalia, in round 32, while Zamalek plays the same role as the winner, Chad’s champion, Gazelle, against Siyaf al-Jupti.

As announced by the African Union on its Twitter account, the first leg matches of the 32nd round of the Champions League competition will be played on December 22 or 23, and the return matches on January 5 or 6, 2021.

Al-Ahly or Zamalek will not participate in the preliminary round of the African Champions League final, with Congolese clubs Mazembe, Moroccan Raja, South African Sundowns, Primeiro de Agosto from Angola, Houria from Guinea and Vita Club de Congo.
Pyramids will play round 32 of the last edition of the championship against the winner of the Libyan Federation and the Somali Horsehead, provided that the second leg of Pyramids is held in Cairo.
As for the Arab contractors, the Egyptian team will be the only Egyptian team to start the African Championship from the preliminary round, and Solar will face the Djibouti champion away from home first, before the second leg takes place in Egypt. And should the contractors manage to skip the preliminary round, expect a fierce showdown against Tunisian star Sahel. That the return of matchday 32 will be held in Tunis at the Etoile Sahel stadium.
